Comprehensive Home Assessment
£325 Fixed Fee
Our comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessment includes:
✓ Home visit (up to 2 hours)
✓ Assessment relating to the agreed referral reason
✓ Falls, mobility and home safety assessment (where appropriate)
✓ Discussion with family members or carers if required
✓ Professional written report
✓ Practical recommendations and next steps
✓ Advice regarding equipment, stairlifts, wet rooms and home adaptations where appropriate

Follow-Up Visit
£120
A follow-up visit may be helpful where:
Your circumstances have changed
Additional advice is required
Further review is needed following home adaptations
Recommendations need updating
Follow-up visits typically last up to one hour.
Travel
Included within 20 miles of Upminster
Home visits within 20 miles of Upminster are included within the fixed assessment fee.
For appointments further away, a £30 travel supplement may apply.
If applicable, this will always be discussed and agreed before your appointment is confirmed.
Additional Reports or Assessments
The £325 fixed fee covers one comprehensive assessment relating to the agreed referral reason.
If additional specialist assessments, multiple reports or significantly extended work are requested, we’ll discuss your requirements with you beforehand and provide a separate quotation before carrying out any additional work.

As an independent Occupational Therapist, we do not sell products or receive commission from suppliers.
Our advice is based solely on what is most appropriate for you or your family member.
Payment
Payment is requested following the assessment.
An invoice will be provided, with payment accepted by bank transfer.
